The registration fees of participants include:

• Welcome reception

• Book of Abstracts and congress material

*The registration of UL academic staff and students does not include access to welcome reception and lunches.

Cancellation and reimbursement

Any cancellation request must be sent by email at icmvitb@yahoo.com. Cancelling a registration will be made according to the following conditions:

• If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you have the opportunity to send a colleague in you place. 
  • For any cancellation received until May 15^th, 2015: total refund (except 35€ of management fees)
  • For any cancellation received between May 15^th and 30^th: 50% of total refund 
  • For any cancellation received after May 30^th: no refund
